Just in, local citizen spotted wandering aimlessly throughout the streets and occasionally looking down at his phone presumably to make sure he's at the right coordinates. Our intel tells us that he's of an elevated risk to not only himself but to those around him and urge listeners NOT to approach him. He's wearing what looks like a red cotton t-shirt and what appear to be jeans with what might possibly be running shoes and what we suspect might be a blue baseball cap. We will keep a bead on him until we can make something else up to keep you on the edge of your seats!
